Welcome back for the final stretch!

13 September 2019

We hope you’re feeling refreshed and ready for the end of the year, which is fast approaching.

It’s now even easier to find the ANU Counselling Service. They are now located in the same building as the National Health Co-Op, inside building 156, in the centre of Kambri.

To get there, head towards the direction of the Marie Reay Teaching Centre, and when you’re outside the pub, walk 20 steps to the lifts and take them to level 3.

To book an appointment with their friendly staff, contact (02) 6178 0455.

If you’d like to chat to someone after-hours, you can call the ANU Crisis Support line on 1300 050 327.

The Counselling Service is running some programs and workshops this term to help students manage their busy workloads.

  2. Develop an individual starting and maintaining focus procedure
